Wrong analysis

In this game a man goes to a doctor for a normal check up. The doctor communicates that he will have to make several tests so that he can analyse what could be wrong with the man. Soon after, a nurse gets in and gives our patient a small cup. The man is left alone in the cabinet-looking room. He thought the nurse needed a sperm sample so he jerks off and shoots his warm load into the cup. The nurse returns only to be surprised by what she sees inside the cup.
