This is hentai-style game that focuses on a female protagonist called Nora, a young girl who has big ambitions to change something in this world but she also constantly has to deal with the corruption of her city government and the dangers it brings.  If you read the pre-story, you'll see that there's a big division in groups of society, so now it is up to you to navigate your way through all that.
