An earthquake occurred that divided the city into two parts. Many citizens hope that they have a chance at a better life. They start searching for treasures to go to Cadastre. It's like the entire city was cursed because things go from bad to worse. The Guild of Magicians confirm that indeed it's like some kind of curse had fallen on the people.
