In this episode, the entire town relies on you. You are summoned to save it from a pandemic. It so happens that every woman is afflicted by a 'Disease' that caused all men to flee. To make the matters worse, the queen and princes are enslaved by dangerous formidable King. Your task won't be that easy. You will have to defeat the Evil maiden, overthrow the king and become the new king. With your newly found power, you can do whatever you want with the sexy women. You could start with detoxifying and curing them before fucking them really good. This challenge will not be that easy so you will have to prepare first for war.
