Gypsy boobs

Turns out Tina's boyfriend left her because he found that her breasts were too small. Tina becomes self conscious and decides that she needs to get a boobjob. She goes to Pedro to enlarge her breasts. Now she has some sexy and juicy double D's. After seeing them, the boyfriend decides that he will not leave her. However, the girl decides to joke and tells him to enlarge his penis because size matters. Find out what he does. Will he enlarge his cock or will they break up. It's a nice twist where the girlfriend now holds all the cards.
