Final Spell

The main character learns that his distant father died unexpectedly. Although they barely communicated, he was courteous enough to leave him a substantial inheritance - his house. The main character packs his bags and moves to a new city to talk with his lawyer about all issues pertaining to the house. He soon discovers that he is not the sole owner of the house.
