In this game, you will be playing in the maternity hospital where an old man has a very young and sexy wife. She is really young and even the nurse couldn't help but ask how he got her. She asks him, "how do you do it?, to which the man says "you got to keep the old engine running!". It seems that the old man has a perfect life until after nine months, in the 4th accouchement, the wife gives birth to a black-skinned child which is quite ironic. And the nurse teases the old man saying, "You better change the oil - this one is black!" Definitely a nice dark joke.
