Butthole Tattoo Artist Simulator

Game updated on February 27. Jump right into the story of Leo Pujols, just a regular guy chasing one seriously bold dream: launching the world's first tattoo studio dedicated entirely to intimate areas! He pulls into the peaceful little town of Las Nalgas, and let's just say the locals aren't exactly rolling out the welcome mat—most see him as the devil himself, ready to corrupt everything they hold dear. In this porno game, your choices will decide everything: whether Leo's naughty business thrives or crashes, and how the whole town changes forever. Spend your days flirting with stunning local beauties, keeping up with all the juicy gossip, swiping through the super-hot HumBull app to meet sexy girls, and of course, designing and inking some incredibly erotic tattoos on the most private, sensitive spots. This means plenty of nude scenes that will escalate into intense blowjob scenes, wild doggystyle sex, and messy creampies, as you socialize and build close relationships with your clientele. So, click play to see just how far you can grow your taboo tattoo empire!
